Karina Kavikovic, the former gymnastics national team coach, has announced she will be leaving the country.
The 29-year-old, who will be replaced by fellow former national team boss Karina Tysyk, will take over the role of the national team’s president.
Vojvoda had a 10-year career at the helm of the Russian gymnastics federation.
She is currently the chairperson of the Olympic Committee, where she will continue to be involved in all aspects of the sport.
Vozhdenie is a part of the World Gymnastic Federation (WGF), a Russian federation that has been operating since the 1980s.
